Recognising ADHD, Autism and deafness in the classroomReport from a conference hosted by Corner House Unit Springfield Hospital looking at Autism and ADHD. This Conference was designed to develop a better understanding of deaf children with ADHD and Autism and provide tools for effectively work in the classroom with these children. The Clinical Team at Corner House In-Patient Unit provided the speakers and Dr Nicoletta Gentili, the Consultant in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry began by outlining the diagnosis (or not) of ADHD, JOanna Hoskin SLT and Richard Walker Assistant Head Teacher at Corner House spoke about Autism.
