TMS/UPS + up to 2 SEN Allowance depending on qualifications required to start Easter 2021 due to relocation and retirement.
Two experienced and highly motivated teachers are required to join a well-established team.
The Team comprises specialist teachers and support staff working with hearing and visually impaired pupils across Coventry.
You will need to be creative, adaptable and sensitive to the individual needs of deaf children, young people and families.
The post involves providing support and advice to deaf children, young people, parents and professionals across Coventry in homes, educational settings and specialist resource bases.
A Teacher of the Deaf qualification is desirable, however applications will be considered from teachers with excellent teaching experience at Early Years, Primary or Secondary who are committed to undertaking the mandatory training. Funding for this training will be provided. Successful team-working experience and excellent inter-personal skills are essential.
