“We’re developing vital support resources for families navigating a child’s hearing loss diagnosis — and your community’s voice is essential.
We are Twinkl, an educational resources provider committed to inclusive learning for all children. We are creating a comprehensive information pack for parents and carers leaving audiology appointments after their child has been diagnosed with hearing loss.
To make sure this resource truly meets the needs of BSL-using families, we are working in partnership with Deaf charities — and we would love the perspective of parents who need support.
About the Survey
This survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. We want to understand the experiences of BSL-using parents — the challenges faced, the support received, and what resources would have made the biggest difference.
All responses are fully confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
