ICED 2020 is the peak international forum for sharing evidence-based practice, research and ideas about Education of Deaf/Hard of Hearing students.
The theme for the 2020 Congress is ‘The Power of Connection’. We aim to promote connections throughout the world and across languages and cultures through spoken, sign and written languages. For the first time in 142 years ICED aims to provide a fully inclusive experience for delegates through the provision of Auslan and International Sign Language interpreting for every session of the congress, along with live captioning.
Brisbane is the capital of Queensland, the Sunshine State of Australia and has much to offer as an international destination. It is an ideal launch pad for exploring some of Australia’s most iconic destinations, including the Great Barrier Reef.
