“Destination Deaflympics is offering a BSL signed and English Zoom webinar Tuesday 4 March at 15.45-16.45. The purpose of the webinar is to familiarise teachers with the programme and build confidence in using the resources. Topics should include:
- Location of resources
- Teacher journey walk through
- Tips for implementation
- Evaluation
- Win vouchers for your setting
- Q and A (as time allows, others may be dealt with in a new FAQ section on the webpage)
We suggest having a good look around the digital resources in the Destination Deaflympics Google Drive (which will support your journey) before attending. The resources include a pre and post activity survey we’d ask you to complete with students, with a chance to win vouchers for the school or setting.

Later this Spring, Destination Deaflympics is also planning to offer face to face training opportunities to upskill staff and increase confidence in delivering physical activity sessions.”
