NDCS guidance to Local Authorities about specialist services

Posted in News

National Deaf Children’s Society produces a note to local authorities in England on specialist education services for deaf children. This includes information on some of the legal considerations that local authorities should take into account if making cuts or changes to services.

The guidance has just been updated and republished. You can read it here.

The new version now includes some information on an important legal ruling involving Bristol local authority last year.
