NDCS has shared the following information:
“As part of our work towards breaking down some of the barriers to families engaging with digital services, the Family Programme have created a new session that will be helpful for families new to digital events.
This is a free half hour session which introduces families to a “Zoom” online event, gives them a feel for what an actual event will be like in a friendly and informal setting.
More information is in the link below and these events will be put on regularly for families new to this sort of event.
We would like to try and reach families through staff and professionals working with families who may not have experience of, or feel confident to join our live online sessions yet. As you will see from the website families will be able to attend with camera on or off as suits them.
Please do share this with families directly and professionals you are working with so that they can encourage families to join us.”
