Research study (University of East Anglia) – Recruitment request for BLoCKS

Posted in News

“The University of East Anglia (UEA) in Norwich is seeking support from Teachers of the Deaf UK wide to advertise their study for deaf babies. This study is exploring how different language experiences impact the way babies understand the world.

We’re looking for infants under 20 months old with mild-to-profound deafness (both bilateral and unilateral). All travel expenses and accommodation costs can be covered and families receive gifts and vouchers for taking part.

We would like to thank all the Teachers of the Deaf that have passed this study on to the families they work with. Above is a map of the interest we have had so far!

Families can register here to learn more https://bit.ly/3U2XMBR or can contact us on [email protected].

Please see and share our poster below, which includes a link to a video with BSL translation.”
