Research support request – ‘Improving the problem solving abilities of hard-of-hearing children’

Posted in News

See below a request for support from student studying Product Design and Innovation at the University of Strathclyde, in Glasgow, Scotland.

“My name is Nuria and I am a product design student currently working on a project aimed at improving educational products and services for deaf and hard-of-hearing children. As part of my research, I am reaching out to educators who have experience working with deaf/hard-of-hearing children to gain valuable insights into the academic struggles they may encounter.

I am particularly interested in understanding the perspective of teachers to comprehend the unique obstacles faced by deaf and hard-of-hearing students in the learning environment. Their experience and expertise in this field would be immensely beneficial to my project.”

If you could spare some time, I would greatly appreciate if you could share and fill out a quick survey I have linked below.
