BATOD are supporters of the #WhereIsTheInterpreter campaign. The campaign has a goal of £10,000, raising over £1,500 so far.
Their message to #WhereIsTheInterpreter Campaign Supporters:
“CrowdJustice have been in touch and advised we need to continue push the link, along with promoting it. There has been limited traffic to the page so far, they are keen to make sure we retain the momentum going into the end of the first week.
This case matters because no BSL access is being provided for the daily coronavirus briefings at 10 Downing Street. One of the people that contributed to our case said “BSL is our first language. Please give us access to information, support us, protect us. We matter too”
Will you help give us a big push to spread the word to your organisation and members please?
If you, and everyone who has donated, could ask one or two other people to give, it would make a massive difference.
Please could you take a couple of minutes to;
- Email or WhatsApp five friends who care about this issue and ask them to help
- Post the link on Facebook and/or Twitter! www.crowdjustice.com/case/include-deaf-people/
- Mention it to two friends over the next few days, and explain to them where to read more about the case and how to support it by passing on the www.crowdjustice.com/case/include-deaf-people/ link
Thanks so much for your support so far – we will keep you updated on all of our progress.”
