Hot off the press! An excellent interview published today with Lynn Stewart-Taylor explaining why she set up #WhereIsTheInterpreter Campaign – you can read it here:

BATOD are supporters of the #WhereIsTheInterpreter campaign. The campaign has a goal of £10,000, raising over £1,500 so far.

Their message to #WhereIsTheInterpreter Campaign Supporters:

“CrowdJustice have been in touch and advised we need to continue push the link, along with promoting it. There has been limited traffic to the page so far, they are keen to make sure we retain the momentum going into the end of the first week.

This case matters because no BSL access is being provided for the daily coronavirus briefings at 10 Downing Street. One of the people that contributed to our case said “BSL is our first language. Please give us access to information, support us, protect us. We matter too”
