We are excited to announce our upcoming Auditory Verbal CEN “Sharing Our Experiences of Auditory Verbal (AV) Therapy: Challenges, Successes and Looking to the Future” on Thursday 10th July, 1pm-4pm.
We want to bring everyone who is working, studying or just interested in Auditory Verbal therapy to come together for our next Clinical Excellence Network meeting. We want this to be an opportunity to share good practice and learning from the experience of different practitioners delivering AV therapy in different settings.
Noel Kenely, from AVUK, will share information about the recent work that has been going on with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) around training of specialist SLTs in deafness and the professional competencies framework. This will also be an opportunity to provide feedback on the current work to be taken back to the RCSLT working group.
Following your suggestions, we have organised this CEN as a hybrid meeting. There is the option to join online or in person. The event will be held at AVUK’s newest premises in London at The King’s Fund, Cavendish Square, London W1G 0AN.
Spaces at the King’s Fund are limited, so please register today and indicate your preference using the booking form below.
